This Functional Flow session is an introduction to all that a movement & breathing practice can offer in an upbeat & fun way An Evening session with strengthening & mobilisation, you will learn how to move in a safe way, with alignment secrets to harness your potential Many people assume you have to be flexible to practice yoga. This is one of the main misnomers of any movement practice. Yoga is about working towards balance, if you are stiff, or tight in one area, this will impact with vulnerability in another. This practice will be looking at how to cultivate balance within the body to protect and strengthen, without impinging on movement This is where the functional side of Yoga comes in. Learn how to protect yourself with cues for hyper mobility, to get the most out of yoga, and not injure yourself, with alignment hacks to make sure your practice is strong & steady. All genders are welcome.
