Nourish your body/mind with weekly mindful Friday morning yoga session where you will explore and develop a range of breath extension practices (pranayama) work with a focus on anatomically intelligent strengthening & release via movement practices (asana) taken from Traditional Hatha Yoga, combined with Contemporary Somatic Movement practices. Polyvagal aware practice, great to help reduce anxiety, post Covid symptoms and students healing from past injuries or surgical intervention. With an emphasis on awareness, proprioception, interoception & neuroception. Sessions facilitated by local 500hr BWY Yoga teacher Katherine who teaches in & around Cambridge. Sessions appropriate for beginners - advanced practitioners alike. Pre-payment required for block class payment & drop-in's please. Cancellations 48 hours before the session or block commences will be refunded for classes/1-2-1's.
