Join Katherine for a calming and restorative Monday evening sessions developed to offer you an more intimate experience with yoga and yoga philosophy. Set yourself up for a good night's sleep with our restorative mobilization, asanas, and movement practices, enhanced with balancing and calming breath work (pranayama). Our series of classes include a philosophical exploration of different aspects of Yoga, such as Yamas & Niyamas (ethics), Chakras, and the Vayus (winds), as well as the 8 Limbs of Yoga. All levels are welcome to join our online community and experience the benefits of Yoga from the comfort of your own home. Solidarity rate: £63 for block Supporter rate: £70 for block
