Set yourself up for a good night's sleep with restorative mobilisation, asana (posture) and movement practices, with balancing & calming breath work (pranayama) A series of classes with a philosophical exploration, looking different aspects of Yoga, such as Yamas & Niyamas (ethics), the Vayus (winds), 8 Limbs of Yoga according to Patanjali, Moving towards Meditation & the Klesas (or obstacles to practice)..
