(Please note drop-in's can be booked via alternative drop-in option) Join me for nourishing Hatha Yoga sessions focused on holistic wellbeing at PAUS.Studio Sessions will include healing breathing work, gentle mobilisation, grounding techniques, low impact strengthening, lymphatic drainage & polyvagal exercises. If you are suffering with low energy levels, recovering from injury or illness, can’t seem to up your activity without getting ill, suffering from Cancer, chronic inflammation, fatigue, anxiety & depression, stress, long covid.. these sessions are very much for you In Yoga the aim is ultimately to cultivate balance and restore Prana (‘vital energy’), the intention here is to replenish the body/mind It is the ideal means to improve health without impacting on your joints, with opportunities to improve mobility, mindfulness, to strengthen & unwind, with tools down regulate your nervous system ~ New course from 5th May onwards ~ Enjoy these offerings of gorgeous mindful, attentive movement, opportunities for pause, in stillness & breath, reaping the benefits of nourishing movement & breath work (pranayama), which ultimately will change your experience of life, when you begin to make space for it! Inspiration taken from Donna Farhi, Dr Arielle Schwartz (Polyvagal Yoga and Psychotherapist), Stanley Rosenberg (Craniosacral therapist), Fiona Agombar amongst many other practitioners in the field of holistic wellbeing and Yoga Therapy. Katherine's application of Yoga (from a personal and professional front) has headed towards Therapeutic interventions within Yoga for years, as a Mother of 3, a daughter born with a chronic health condition, and managing a chronic pain condition herself, this approach really is at the heart of Yoga in terms of offering an inclusive practice. These sessions complement intentional heat exposure (sauna) and cold water immersion post practice (which can be booked in with PAUS) to reduce inflammation cultivating a palpable sense of relaxation and wellbeing. Please note there is no accessibility for wheelchair users to the studio at the moment. Dates: 5th, 12th May & 9th, 16th June
