Aka safely.. and somatic movement/meditation on the beach Katherine has facilitated retreats combining contrast therapy and Yoga consistently since 2021 which she uses for own practice to alleviate chronic pain The next one is planned for will take place on the Harvest full moon Saturday 26th September Prioritise that which brings you joy, health and replenishment this Indian Summer with this ever popular retreat to the North Sea 🌊 A rejuvenating mix of cold water therapy via salt water of the sea, intentional heat exposure from the wood fire sauna followed by joyful movement & breath on the beach
