Replenishing the mind/body for the weekend Fluidity, ease and deep awareness A somatic slow flow with dynamic postures woven up that strengthen & cultivate balance a sense of external/internal balance Responsive somatic movement, anchoring breathing practices, and relaxation. Strength and resilience is an inside job. Softness and receptivity over rigidity, always All genders are welcome. A great class for beginners, or those with previous experience. Welcoming runners/cyclists, returners to Yoga, and those who haven't enjoyed Yoga before! This is Yoga++(and includes elements of pilates/mindfulness/somatic movement) but not as you've known it
