Service Description

Restorative Yoga, Sound bath with Michelle @edgeofsacred and grounding meditation to bring you back to earth This is going to be one of a kind experience with ethereal vocals from Michelle who uses an array of instruments to facilitate states of deep absorption Session will begin 4:15pm, and finish by 6pm Faux fur rugs, mats, organic cotton blankets and blocks/bricks will be offered to create a comfortable and easeful experience for all Of pregnant please enquire to find out of this will be suitable for you. Health Considerations As a precaution, these sessions are not suitable for women in their first trimester, people living with sound induced epilepsy and severe mental health difficulties. Working with sound may be uncomfortable or cause issues for people with pacemakers, metal implants or hearing sensitivity. All participants are responsible for taking care of their own wellbeing and informing me of any concerns and requirements. FULL MOON offer - £5 off when booked before 1st April
