Expect an entirely low demand retreat, with focus on nourishment inside + out This ultimate retreat day includes warm drink on arrival, accessible embodied movement morning workshop in the studio, acipressure point & lymphatic drainage techniques, a 3 course meal at the hilltop bistro, cold water immersion (optional) intentional heat exposure (CONTRAST Therapy) during outdoor Scandinavian-inspired bathing experience. ‘Amazing retreat, so relaxing and yet so full of stimulation.
