Yoga Nourish is about cultivating the opportunity to ground anxious, tired bodies & minds to create more useful ways of moving & being. Creating the space for connection, joy and compassion for all sentient beings by weaving in the intelligence of Hatha Yoga.
You shall feel calmer, stronger and infinitely more grounded after 75mins of Breath Awareness, Mobilisation techniques, Staged (for all abilities) posture work (Asana) to cultivate greater strength & flexibility, proprioceptive & interoceptive abilities, along with energising & balancing Breathing practices (Pranayama) and all important Relaxation.
Cultivating an atmosphere of safety & connection, Yoga Nourish is a class that weaves together yoga practices that help to ground and connect; body to breath, breath to body.
